Brief Description: A unique race with a unique cause.  Join us to benefit the track and field and cross country progams in Western New York High Schools.

Cash Awards: With the generous support from our sponsors, we will award cash prizes in the amount of: 1st overall male and female $1000.00; 2nd overall male and female $500.00; 3rd overall male and female $250.00; and 1st overall male and female masters $250.00

Age Group Awards: We want everyone in the community to join us! To that end, again because of the generous support of our sponsors we are rewarding 1st place finishers in each of the following age groups with a $50.00 gift card to Fleet Feet Sports along with a commemorative trophy: 2nd and 3rd place finishers in the following age groups will receive a commemorative trophy: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over

Race Premium: ChicoBag ( reusable, packable bag), short sleeve technical shirt from Brooks and a pair of Manzella gloves.  Guaranteed to the first 1,000 entrants.

The Course-1st loop: The race will begin on Delaware Ave, near Niagara Square, the certified 15K course will proceed North on Delaware to Allen St, East on Allen to Franklin, north on Franklin (changes to Linwood after crossing North) to West Ferry, West on West Ferry to Delaware, South on Delaware to Niagara Square, around the square.
2nd loop: Then North on Delaware to Allen, East on Allen to Franklin, North on Franklin (changes to Linwood after crossing North), to Lafayette, West on Lafayette to Gates Circle, around the circle and South on Delaware, finishing in Niagara Square.

Course Time Limit: 2 Hours 30 Minutes

Post Race Party: On Genesee Street, between Niagara Square and Frankiln Street.  Good food, good drink, awards ceremony and music too. 

Kaleida Health Wellness Expo:  Buffalo Convention Center - Lower Level.  Sat. 8/30 and Sun. 8/31 10 AM - 6 PM.

Packet Pick-up: At the expo in the Buffalo Convention Center (lower level) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday and from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM on Monday - race day.

Weekend Registration: At the expo in the Buffalo Convention Center (lower level) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Race Day Registration: In the Convention Center from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
